ALL-ON-FOUR

The good, the bad and the ugly. There's a LOT to know before getting the All-on-4 procedure. At 5 Minute Implants, our goal is to be completely transparent about your options, understanding long term maintenance, and making sure that it is the RIGHT choice.

The go-to for full arch

The All-on-Four is considered "the Cadillac" of full arch replacement. A minimum of 4 implants are placed per arch, and a zirconia "denture" is screwed in to the implants through abutments. It can only be removed by a dentist trained in this prosthetic procedure, and cannot be removed by the patient. In simple terms, it is a permanent option that is designed to last a lifetime.

us vs the goliath

At 5 Minute Implants, we believe the best treatment is the one that's right for the patient—not the one that generates the biggest bill. As a family-owned practice, we take the time to educate patients on all of their options, including the benefits and drawbacks of procedures like All-on-4®, so they can make informed decisions about their oral health. the bad

At 5 Minute Implants, our goal isn't to sell you the most expensive treatment—we're here to help you make the right decision for your health, your lifestyle, and your budget. Sometimes the best answer is a dental implant. Sometimes it's a bridge. Sometimes it's saving the natural teeth you already have. And sometimes, the choice isn't quite as "clear" as certain national implant chains would have you believe.
One of the most common conversations we have involves patients interested in full-arch procedures such as All-on-4®. Many arrive believing they should remove all of their remaining teeth and replace them with a full set of implant-supported teeth. While full-arch solutions can be life-changing for the right candidate, they are not always the best option for every patient. When healthy teeth are removed, they're gone forever. Patients often don't realize that even the most advanced implant restorations cannot fully replicate the natural sensation of their original teeth. Tactile feedback, pressure sensitivity, and temperature sensation are all significantly reduced once natural teeth are replaced. We also educate patients that full-arch restorations still require regular professional maintenance, annual cleanings, replacement components over time, and ongoing investment to keep them functioning at their best.

The good

Meet Stan! We delivered his upper All-on-4 in 2017, and it looks just as good today as it did nearly a decade ago. There are countless patients who are excellent candidates for All-on-4® and other full-arch implant solutions, and we proudly provide those treatments every day. The difference is that we believe patients deserve education before treatment. The All-on-Four offers what is generally a life lasting smile that allows nearly natural chewing, restoring patient's smile, and ability to enjoy their favorite foods again. At 5 Minute Implants, we only offer the best of the best. Genuine Nobel Biocare implants, coupled with the most durable, and most cosmetically pleasing multilayered Zirconia. Our full arch prosthetics are designed to last.
